Weight Loss

At Bucket n' Do It, my gal is to give everyone the opportunity to train like an athlete. In order to do exactly that, I will focus on two things:

1) keeping you engaged and

2) providing you with well constructed, high-intensity workouts.

As a team, we will develop your aerobic and anaerobic systems while learning how to have the most effective workout. Your long, monotonous trips to the gym will be a thing of the past, and the future will hold a happier, healthier you.



Bucket N' Do It knows you have a busy schedule and squeezing in the workout is hard. Luckily, motivating you to fit it in is our top priority. People dream from their couch of having six pack abs, iron legs and conditioned lungs. We are here to help you work for that dream by learning more about your physical capabilities and by discovering what motivates you. Bucket N' Do it fitness turns exercising into a convenient lifestyle, and we want to train your mind to control the body.

Meet Kenny

Kenny is a DC native, born and bred. He played division-one JUCO basketball for the College of Southern Idaho Junior College (09-11), helping them bring home their third National Championship. After attending CSI he transferred to Boise State University and lead the Broncos to the 2013 NCAA Basketball Tournament. He graduated that year with a degree in Communications. With his NBA hopes cut short, Kenny didn't want his experience to go to waste. Now, having spent about 10 years with some of the countries top coaches and nutritionists, he wants to share his knowledge with you, in Bucket N Do It fitness.
